◆ Product Description
Material of the machine body is HT250. Main part touch with pulp is made of SUS 304 stainless steel(8mm wall thickness). Material of the disc is high chrome alloy steel, main shaft for 45# quenched and tempered steel, gear coupling for 45# forged steel.Double disc pulp refiner machie struction:double disc pulp refiner consists of the pulping room,a transmission struction,a base,motors and so on.pulping room is fixed on the casing and the movable seat on two fixed disk and mounted on a rotating disk of the two rotating disc,forming two pulping zone.Through replacing different tooth grinding,to meet the various requirements of striking pulp.
